I have been writing software for Arduino for 3+ years now. This has included everything from frameworks and drivers, to desktop integration tools and debugging scripts. My work environment consisted of Visual Studio, CMake, and some scripts leveraging Arduino IDE (arduino-builder and bossa) for deveopment.
